Trish Jay Director of Quality & Performance (Nursing, Social Care and Allied Health Professionals) Trish is a Registered Nurse and has worked in a wide range of clinical, managerial and director positions over the past 30 years in community, mental health and learning disability services. Within 2gether NHS Foundation Trust, she provides proactive professional leadership at Board level for Nursing, Allied Health Professionals and Social Care. She also ensures that 2gether maintains the standards required for Care Quality Commission registration and will lead the Trust’s Quality Accounts, focusing on patient outcomes, safety and experience. Trish was the Interim Managing Director of Provider Services in Herefordshire until March 2011, and previously the Director of Care Services for Gloucestershire Care Services, leading the development of a broad portfolio of directly provided services in NHS Gloucestershire. She has held senior nursing leadership positions, and has experience in operational management, commissioning and planning, quality and organisational development. She has worked in the NHS, social care and the independent sector. Trish is also an elected member of the Community Hospital Association and also undertakes work for the Nursing & Midwifery Council as a Conduct & Competence Panellist. |
